Where do you find it?

I found a trend I'm dying to try in the January 2012 issue of Marie Claire: embellished collar oxford shirts. I found a fabulous one at ASOS but its on sale and not available in my size- alas!

Have you seen anything like this in a reasonable price point? The Marie Claire issue featured shirts that were in the $300+ range... I just can't justify it!
